    Dear Parents/Guardians,
     
    We are writing to inform you that your child will be bringing home a consent letter for scoliosis screening conducted at Daphne Middle School. The screenings will take place on February 20th and 21st.
     
    If you would like your child to participate in the scoliosis screening, please review and sign the consent letter and return it to the school before Monday, February 17th. Participation in this screening is entirely voluntary and requires your signed consent.
