The mission of the Belforest Elementary Comprehensive School Counseling Program is to empower all of our students to become lifelong emotional, social, academic, leaders, and career-oriented citizens who graduate College and are career-ready. All students have equitable access to the Belforest Elementary School counseling program. Our program educates students through developmentally appropriate, culturally sensitive. By actively consulting, coordinating, and communicating with students, educators, and stakeholders, we support an empathetic, encouraging, and prosperous educational experience for all students.

Effective school counseling is a collaborative process involving school counselors, students, families, teachers, administrators, other school staff, and education stakeholders.
